Our tour will not be lacking in the experiences and motives for countless photographs. We begin in Šibenik, in its old town core, with its great fortresses. The islands of Prvić and Zlarin exude the Mediterranean as it once was, and the same goes for their architecture and visuals. The food on our menu is prepared traditionally: lamb is roasted or made ispod peke, cheese is made from sheep’s milk, and the most famous, world-recognized prosciutto of Drniš, bar none. If you would like to taste the fruits of the Krka River: fish, shellfish and crabs as well as wines and olive oil from the Skradin hinterland, we will indulge you and visit the local wine and oil makers, saving you a seat at the table with the best fish specialties of the region.

WINE ROADS OF PRIMOŠTEN
Babić is an indigenous Croatian type of grapevine that makes up 99% of the Primošten are vineyards, growing grapes to make the famous Croatian wine, Babić. At the first mention of Babić, wine lovers mostly recall the images of the stone Primošten lace from the location of Bucavac, often seen in various adverts. This image perfectly contours the conditions needed to cultivate this demanding sort of vine, to produce the majestic wine Babić. The Bucavac vineyard is the most famous place for Babić rearing. The picture of this vineyard is exhibited in the building of the United Nations as an ode to human labour. The Marinov winery in Vezac village will show you the way grapes are processed into wine, the process of production and preservation of the Babić wine. At Jurlin's Court you will be presented with the ethnography and sacral collection of the Primošten area, granting you an insight into the traditional way of life in the Dalmatian hinterland.

WINE TOUR PLASTOVO
The treatment of soil and the exploitation of the surrounding river and marine resources has always been the core activity of the inhabitants of Skradin. Ancient sites the likes of the Roman Villa Rustica with remains of a wine press, and wine and olive pools illustrate this fact perfectly. Even before the Roman era, the great Liburnian sailors had transported their products with Liburnian ships. By visiting the three indigenous winemakers of the Skradin hinterland - the Bibić family and the two Sladić families, you will enjoy both simple bites as well as assorted menus of dishes made from local foods, which draw from traditional food preparation methods, masterfully combined with local, indigenous wines of various types carefully selected to create a unique eno-gastro experience. For those looking to explore their offer further, the Sladić family offers domestic liqueurs, which they are also known for. The liqueurs are made with quality grapes, soaked in the wild fruit grown in the village of Plastovo. - Day 1 - Welcome to our town!- Have a glass of top quality local wine admiring the Old Town from Barone Fortress! In afternoon hours we’ll pick you up in city center with a comfort luxury car to welcome you to our town and to discuss itinerary at the “best seat” in town - at famous Barone fortress!
- Day 2 - Winery & beautiful nature (Waterfalls)- On the second day of our itinerary we are visiting our first, family owned winery in our region and beautiful Krka Waterfalls National Park. The local tour leader will be with you for the whole time and after exploring the Park, we will suggest a lunch in a beautiful town of Skradin, located on the same river, and locally known for delicious cuisine!
- Day 3 - Winery & private guided heritage tour (Šibenik Old Town)-Meeting your guide for a private guided tour of Šibenik Old Town. Learn about its culture & history passing through the narrow streets that will reveal to you the true Dalmatian city vibe.
- Day 4 - Winery & Dalmatian island vibe (Island of Prvić)-To start our final day trip where we will combine our third winery visit with the visit to the island of Prvić, where we will learn all about Faust Vrančić, famous inventor, bishop, philosopher and lexicographer from our town, Šibenik.
